The internet was developed first in the United States by the Pentagon and it was used only for the needs of the Army, but today business ADSL brings it to all. The computers back then were with the size of a room, but as you can see today they have been improved a lot. With the improvement of the computer more people became able to use the internet too.

Through it people now can shop and book flights, make plan for vacation, do a video conversation. The net now is a massive encyclopedia, if you have a question internet is among the easiest ways to find it, no matter what the topic of your question is. Internet is a network which will globalize our world.

In the beginning of the phenomenon, people didn't really had access to it, but after the year 2000 the network became more and more popular all over the world. Regular people had access to it and the price was reasonable, now 12 years later the almost every household own a computer. Most of the owners of computer use the network as well, there is very little percentage of people not having a internet.

There are a couple different types of internet connections depending on the way they get to your place. There is analog network which uses a regular telephone network and the analog signal is converted to a digital signal by modem, this network is very slow. Another type is cable internet which usually uses cable TV lines and provide actually very high speed some people will also get a modem and that way you can reach extremely high speed.

If you don't want cables and telephones you can get wireless internet. The only problem with, it is new and it is not available in many areas just because it is not that popular yet. Another kind with which you will not use cord is the satellite internet, which can be very expensive too, because you will need your own satellite to connect to the one it the space.

All those types of internet connections are used by individual people and companies, lately more and more companies are starting to use another type, the Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line shorten ADSL. Most of the companies prefer it because of the high speed which can be up to 8 Mbps. Another plus about it is the upload and download speed is the same.

Every company wants to use business ADSL with the best quality because the internet is where the money come from today. ADSL offers all of it and you will not have to worry about losing the connection in the middle of the day. This internet is what every company needs from.
